If we EVER play basketball in that area again, we will be booking! We’re big on PRIVACY AND QUIETNESS. After spending hours listening to bouncing balls and whistles, we definitely appreciate a quiet comfy place to sleep!!!!! The beds are so COMFORTABLE! I intended on taking a nap for an hour, that quickly turned into a full night’s sleep! Parking is not at the front door so you don’t have to hear any doors closing or ANYTHING! The only thing I would want to share with LARGER GUESTS, the shower is fitted for a TINY HOME. There’s nothing wrong with it at all. As a “extra large person”, I could’ve used a little bit more space so that I didn’t get water all over the floor. I would take extra towels to catch water without ruining the towels that’s there. Absolutely love it!!!!!

My son and I were in town for a basketball tournament and didn't want to stay in a crowded hotel. This place was perfect! We hope to come back soon when we have more time.

This tiny home is adorable and exactly as described! It was very clean and still like new! The surroundings are beautiful and the entire complex is very well thought out! We didn’t get to enjoy the outside but the firepit is really neat too!

We came in town for the SEMO spring football game and our hotel was not up to par so we booked this place last minute. Holly was very responsive and we were booked and checked in within an hour. Nice quiet tiny home community. It was very clean and stocked with snacks, coffee, and tea which was beer thoughtful. We would definitely stay again when we come back this football season.

Such a private little area to stay. The house was so cool and it felt like home. The lighted outside sitting area and benches by the creek were amazing for me to sit and read. I wish I could have had more time there. The other colorful tiny home rentals were all so original. This would be a perfect place to have a family reunion and rent the entire village with the shared outdoor sitting area to visit!!

As a SEMO parent this place is perfect for our frequent trips! Holly is wonderful and always responsive. The fire pit was the perfect way to end our day! Can’t wait to visit again!

First time to stay in a tiny house, we loved it! Perfect size for the two of us and our dog Georgia! Property and house was super clean! We were in town but the place reminded me of a resort with bon fire at night, we cooked breakfast on the Blackstone the boardwalk that connected some of the tiny houses and Georgia even got in the creek this morning! We will be back in two weeks!! Thank you for being greats hosts!!!

It was a perfect little one day get away! Great for my friend and I. We had a wonderful time watching a movie with hot cocoa, then made a fire earlier in the fire pit & I had some s’mores. The little houses would be great for a group of friends who want to come together in the circle and have a fire pit, grill and sit by the creek. It was very peaceful to do so the morning we left. I loved the split level bunk beds, very fun! And it was still in town but tucked back from everything. We would definitely come back and go to a different house.

Holly's snack game is amazing... just the best snacks laid out. And you s'more fixins' if you want as well. Her little six-cottage village is brand spanking new... only a few months old and it is nice. Great place if you have a dog since they have a nice big lawn. They have big plans for the place and I believe that before too much longer, their master garden plan will materialize, which I can't wait to see.
