MORNING ROUTINE Begin your day at the dedicated tea station located in the kitchenette. We provide a kettle, an assortment of loose-leaf teas, and ceramic mugs. For coffee drinkers, a drip Keurig coffee maker is also available. Take your morning beverage out to the private, covered front deck. Furnished with a rocking chair and a small bistro table, the deck offers a quiet place to sit while planning the day. Since the cabin is pet-friendly, this is an ideal time to take dogs out onto the unpaved walking trails that wind through the woods and along the rocky embankment bordering the property creek. LIVING & WORK SPACE The interior studio space is well-lit by windows and recessed ceiling lights, highlighting the white beadboard walls. The living area features a comfortable blue sofa facing an electric fireplace and wall-mounted Smart TV allowing you to log into your own streaming services. A round dining table with solid chairs serves dual purposes: a space for meals or a dedicated remote work station supported by the property's high-speed WiFi. A ceiling fan and dedicated air conditioning unit keep the indoor environment comfortable during all seasons. KITCHENETTE FACILITIES When it is time for a meal, the kitchenette provides all necessary basic equipment. Store groceries in the large mini-fridge and freezer. Cooking appliances include a microwave and a portable hot plate, supported by essential cookware, dishes, and silverware stored on the open shelving above the sink. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The studio sleeps up to four guests. The primary bed is a queen-size frame outfitted with hotel-quality, extra pillows, and a comfortable duvet. For additional guests, the blue sofa in the living area folds out into a secondary queen-sized bed. Room-darkening shades cover the windows to ensure a full night of rest. BATHROOM AMENITIES The private bathroom includes a full stand-up shower, a standard toilet, and a white vanity sink. We supply body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh bath towels. A hair dryer is also provided in the vanity cabinet. EVENING RELAXATION As the sun sets, walk down the raised wooden boardwalk that connects the tiny homes to access the communal entertainment area. This large, circular gravel pad is the social center of the property. String lights illuminate a central wood-burning fire pit surrounded by teal Adirondack chairs. A nearby picnic table and wooden swing offer alternative seating for evening relaxation under the trees. CHECK-IN & PARKING Arrival is streamlined with a private gravel driveway leading through a custom wooden archway. Free parking is provided on the premises. Access to the cabin is step-free via an exterior wooden ramp, and the front door uses a secure keypad for independent self check-in at any time. Exterior security cameras monitor the parking and communal areas for guest safety.
